How to send an order back and get a refund.

Refund policy

Returns

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, opened or not. If you have used the serum and decided it is not for you, that still counts — we would rather you tell us than keep something you will not use.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. You do not need to explain yourself, though we read every reply and it does help us.

Refunds

Once your return is received we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post it. We refund the price of the product; original shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full. Photographs help but are not required. This is not limited to 30 days.

Exchanges

We sell one product in three pack sizes. If you ordered the wrong size, return it under the policy above and place a new order, or contact us and we will sort out the difference.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled outright. Once an order has shipped, treat it as a return.
